Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Bespoke Professional Services

ADS DIGITAL BUSINESS SOLUTIONS provides tailor-made digital strategies, custom software development, School ERP systems, web engineering, SEO campaigns, and automated workflow integrations. Unlike standardized retail products, our services involve dedicated technical allocations, cloud infrastructure setups, and intellectual labor upon commencement.

2. Custom Software, Websites & Fixed-Price Projects

For custom web and software engineering projects governed by milestone schedules:

• Initial Project Discovery / Commencement Deposit: Once project discovery, system architecture, or UI/UX wireframing has begun, the initial deposit is non-refundable as it covers completed specialist research and planning hours.
• Milestone Payments: Payments associated with milestone sign-offs (e.g., Design Approval, Core Development, QA Alpha) are non-refundable once the Client has formally approved the milestone or put the deliverable into commercial use.
• Uncommenced Work: In the event of early project cancellation requested by the Client, funds paid toward future milestones where no development or planning has commenced will be refunded, less incurred administrative and third-party platform costs [NEEDS CONFIRMATION].

3. Recurring Monthly Retainers (SEO, Ads Management, Automation Support)

• Cancellation Notice: Clients may cancel ongoing monthly retainer services by providing thirty (30) days written notice via email to info@adsdigitech.com prior to the start of the subsequent billing cycle [NEEDS CONFIRMATION].
• Active Billing Cycles: Once a monthly cycle has commenced and marketing campaigns, ad configurations, or technical optimizations have been executed, retainer fees for that cycle are non-refundable.
• No Multi-Month Retrospective Refunds: No refunds are issued retroactively for elapsed months of service.

4. Direct Third-Party Advertising Spend & Infrastructure Costs

The following third-party expenses are strictly non-refundable through the Firm:

• Direct Ad Spend: Budgets paid directly to platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads are spent directly on platform auctions and cannot be refunded by AD's Digital.
• Domains, SSL & Cloud Servers: Domain registration fees, dedicated server hosting charges, third-party plugin licenses, and SMS gateway credits purchased on client behalf are non-refundable.
• WhatsApp Cloud API Consumption: Meta conversation charges incurred for initiated WhatsApp templates or service chats are billed directly by Meta and are non-refundable.

5. Payment Processing & Razorpay Gateway Charges

All digital transactions processed via our official payment gateway, Razorpay, incur third-party banking and processing fees. In any circumstance where a discretionary refund is approved, Razorpay gateway processing fees (typically 2% to 3% plus applicable GST) and banking transaction fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded sum [NEEDS CONFIRMATION].

6. Erroneous or Duplicate Payments

If an inadvertent duplicate payment or billing calculation error occurs, please notify us immediately at info@adsdigitech.com with transaction receipts. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded in full to the original payment source within 7 to 10 business days.
